Amanda launched her real estate career in California, where she spent nearly a decade serving clients before relocating to the Lake Norman region in 2015. A Southern California native, she gained extensive industry experience as an escrow assistant and mobile notary loan signing agent, mastering the home buying and selling process. After earning her real estate license, she quickly became known for her keen attention to detail and unwavering dedication to her clients.

In addition to helping buyers and sellers, Amanda is passionate about real estate investing. She owns and manages multiple short-term rentals, including two of her own and several waterfront properties for others. She is continually expanding her investment portfolio and enjoys helping clients build wealth through real estate.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys solving puzzles, watching Wheel of Fortune and Law & Order, experimenting with new recipes, volunteering, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her beloved English Bulldog, Emmett.
